“In my opinion, Dr. Faltas was the worst DR I have seen in 45+ years. seemed to be more concerned about copays than treatments. My experience was absolutely horrible. Had an infection had to call THEM 3 days after the they received blood work to request a Script. They seemingly didn't review the results until I called them in pain. Patient in waiting room defecating with door open in front of staff. No action? This DR appeared to be all about $$$$ and referrals as he could not make a single decision on his own. Horrible just horrible for me. Talks a good game but not worth my time, my money and my faith. In less than one year, I feel worse than have felt in my entire life and sadly I was, for the most part, healthy before I started seeing this person as I will not say doctor. Any future patients, please do not go into a consult with a closed mind. Life is too short to risk it on the results you may possibly receive. I may be wrong, but buyer beware.”

Pina Panchal, MD is a native Canadian with a strong passion for working with women. Trained in a variety of aesthetic services and skilled in the medical management of weight loss and hormone deficiencies, she offers her services to both men and women of Tampa, Florida, at Bella Mia Medical Aesthetics and Laser Institute. Dr. Panchal believes a woman is at her best when she feels her best. She takes pride in helping her patients feel happy, healthy, and confident.
Dr. Panchal is board-certified in family medicine. She completed her bachelor’s degree in health sciences at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. She went on to study medicine at the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine in the Netherlands. Dr. Panchal completed her residency in family medicine at the Medical College of Georgia, then served as Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Georgia. She enjoyed working with medical students and residents in this teaching capacity.

Poonam Malhotra, MD, is a family medicine physician at Central Clinic in Spring Hill, Florida. She is proud to provide comprehensive internal medicine and primary care services as well as womens health care.
Dr. Malhotra earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, India before she earned a diplomate in Medical Radio Diagnosis (DMRD) at Tata Memorial Cancer Research Centre in Mumbai, India.
She has an MD in family practice from the Morton Plan Mease, USF program, in Clearwater, Florida.

Dyan Harvey, DO, is a board-certified physician specializing in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She founded Unique Dermatology & Wellness Center, which serves patients in Valrico, Florida, as well as the surrounding areas.
Dr. Harvey is extensively trained in all areas of dermatology and has a particular interest in skin cancer detection and treatment, skin care, acne, and aesthetics. She performs all cosmetic injectable procedures personally.
With experience and training in all skin types, Dr. Harvey remains one of the leading authorities in the treatment of ethnic skin concerns. She is an expert in providing cosmetic and skin care services to people of Asian, Indian, and Latin heritage.
A native of Florida, Dr. Harvey earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and then went on to attend medical school at Nova Southeastern College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She finished her internship and residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in South Florida, where she was involved in instructing and training medical students as she worked alongside reputed professionals in the dermatology program. Following her residency, Dr. Harvey pursued additional dermatology training.
Dr. Harvey is currently on the medical staff of South Florida Baptist Hospital and is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association.
When not working with her patients, Dr. Harvey enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and being outdoors in nature.
