Doctor Yunas has been practicing family medicine for the past 45 years. He is running his own practice, has practiced in hospitals, nursing homes, jails, and other offices as well.
His sole concern is providing patient care. He loves to work with patients and make them feel like family, and that is what keeps his patients coming back.

Shasta Mitchell-Holston has been in nursing since 2005. Starting her career as an RN at the University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. She has been trained as an acute care/ICU RN early in her career. As she advanced her education to pursue her BSN and MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner she worked as a traveler nurse throughout Northeast Ohio. When she earned her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ursuline College, she began her career as a Hospitalist for Mercy Health. Shasta Mitchell-Holston relocated to the Hampton Roads area in 2018 and worked within the Bon Secours system as a Hospitalist. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing degree from Chamberlain University. She is also a Nurse Educator for various PN, RN, and NP programs throughout the area since 2007.

She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing and spent seven years as a Registered Nurse working at St. Mary's Hospital in critical care. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from Maryville University and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Kristen is passionate about treating root cause and strongly believes in individualized care as she recognizes that your health is your wealth. She specializes in treating peripheral neuropathy, pain management, and hormonal imbalances. She is affiliated with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, and the Richmond Advanced Practice Society. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their two dogs. She also loves the outdoors, spending time at the beach, and visiting local wineries.
