David Berlin, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon at Long Lake Podiatry, P.C., providing comprehensive podiatry care to people of all ages at two convenient locations in Troy and St. Clair Shores, Michigan. 

Dr. Berlin began his professional education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Following graduation, he pursued a medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. There, Dr. Berlin earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. 

Since entering private practice, Dr. Berlin has served in various positions, including vice chief of surgery and chief of surgery. As a podiatrist, he has special interests in neuropathy care and the treatment of chronic plantar fasciitis.

He received his degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (now known as A.T. Still University) in Kirksville, Missouri. During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.

With a strong educational background, a genuine passion for women's health, and a commitment to continuous learning, Celeena brings fresh expertise to serve patients in Rochester Hills and Troy, Michigan. 

Celeena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Oakland University, establishing a solid foundation in the biological sciences. Building on this, she pursued advanced studies and graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Michigan - Flint. This comprehensive education equipped Celeena with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional care to patients.

Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.

Dr. Farago is a family medicine trained, board certified physician. His experience includes general family medicine as well as addiction and non-interventional pain medicine. He has expertise using both buprenorphine and methadone for the treatment of chronic opioid dependency. He is licensed in the both the USA as well as Canada to practice medicine. His DEA exemption allows him to prescribe Suboxone in the US for substance abuse. He is a licensed MRO for urine drug screening and is currently consulted for opioid management.
