From sunny Southern California, Kristen graduated form the Univeristy of California, Irvine with a bachelors degree in Biology, and obtained his medical degree in Rhode Island.  Along with knowledge in primary care, Kristens areas of focus are on womens health, and genetic medicine.  Providing personalized, compassionate and empathic care to patients is always a priority for Kristen.  When not at work, Kristen enjoys spending time with friends, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his 8 year old Chihuahua named Cholula 

Originally from Boston Massachusetts, she was educated at first at Mass General Hospital, and later at Boston College. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years in cardiothoracic nursing as well as brain injury and spinal cord rehabilitation. She relocated to Texas in 1997 and worked at The Texas Instituted for Rehabilitation and Research (TIRR) before returning to UTMB to continue her education. She graduated from UTMB as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has special interests in Women’s Health, Diabetes and Hypertension. She also works with Medtronic initiating and training patients for insulin pump therapy. She is also trained in cosmetic procedures i.e. Botox, Juvederm and laser therapy.

Amneh Amro is a Physician Assistant that graduated from UT- RGV in 2012 and moved to Austin to pursue her career. She has worked in family medicine and urgent care settings for several years.
