Afterward, Dr. Salanta remained in Detroit and enrolled in the Wayne State University School of Medicine. She excelled in the program, earning her Doctor of Medicine in the summer of 2008. Marlene continued on to Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, where she earned her master’s degree in nursing with advanced training for the full scope of nurse practitioner. She groomed specialized skills in pain management while serving as a pre-operative/recovery nurse in diverse clinical settings, such as surgical intensive care and trauma units. Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.

Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. Dr. Rosenberg has been practicing at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C. for over 25 years. He is a graduate of M.S.U.-College of Osteopathic Medicine earning his Doctorate of Osteopathy in 1983. He then went on to Oakland General Hospital to serve his Internship and Residency which he completed in 1989. He received his Board Certification with the AOBGP in 1990. Through the years of service at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C., Dr. Rosenberg has become very well known by his patients' and now is one of our lead physicians. Dr. Rosenberg's knowledge of technology has allowed his transition to electronic medical records a smooth process so that patient care can continue to be his first concern through the moving forward in todays medicine.
