Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.

Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Dr. Rosenberg has been practicing at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C. for over 25 years. He is a graduate of M.S.U.-College of Osteopathic Medicine earning his Doctorate of Osteopathy in 1983. He then went on to Oakland General Hospital to serve his Internship and Residency which he completed in 1989. He received his Board Certification with the AOBGP in 1990. Through the years of service at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C., Dr. Rosenberg has become very well known by his patients' and now is one of our lead physicians. Dr. Rosenberg's knowledge of technology has allowed his transition to electronic medical records a smooth process so that patient care can continue to be his first concern through the moving forward in todays medicine.
