Dr. Farago is a family medicine trained, board certified physician. His experience includes general family medicine as well as addiction and non-interventional pain medicine. He has expertise using both buprenorphine and methadone for the treatment of chronic opioid dependency. He is licensed in the both the USA as well as Canada to practice medicine. His DEA exemption allows him to prescribe Suboxone in the US for substance abuse. He is a licensed MRO for urine drug screening and is currently consulted for opioid management.

Madison Frick, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated physician assistant specializing in women’s health at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology. Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
