Yaminah has been in the field of nursing for over 17 years. After earning her nursing degree at Winston-Salem State University, she demonstrates an impressive history of providing primary care across multiple medical entities including medical-surgical, oncology, adult gerontology, trauma unit and medical surgical. She obtained her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before moving to Waxahachie, Texas she lived in Killeen, Texas to support her military spouse. She worked in the community as a house call nurse practitioner. She also provided primary care as a nurse practitioner in Mansfield, Texas.
Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. He enjoys practicing medicine at North Tex MedCare Clinic and Urgent Care, which has convenient locations in Allen, Addison, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and New York Medical College in New York City. After graduation, he completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.
With a passion for urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Lee has extensive experience providing responsive care to patients. He has also treats patients for weight loss with todays current medication of Ozempic and Tirzepatide. He has been an advocate for telemedicine since it rose in popularity around 2008 and continues to integrate remote care into his work.
Dr. Lee’s well-rounded expertise also includes weight loss, primary care, urgent care. pediatrics, dermatology, and psychiatry, allowing him to provide primary care services for patients of all ages. He specializes in chronic disease management, cold and flu care, injury treatment, and other conditions that demand prompt attention.
Dr. Lee takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, ensuring his expertise aligns with their needs and goals.
Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching baseball.
Dr. Tâm Cung's home has always been the DFW area since he was 4-years-old, when his parents immigrated to America as political refugees to escape communist Vietnam. Shortly after medical school, his father just retired from Dallas Police, suffered traumatic brain injury, and which pointed Dr. Cung towards Geriatric and palliative care; though at his core, he likes to see patients of all different ages.

She attended the University of Dallas in Irving and graduated with Bachelor’s degree as Cum Laude in Biology. She then went to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Nguyen then returned to Dallas for her Internship and Residency training in Internal Medicine at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Nguyen then joined her husband, Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen, and father at the Prima Health Clinic in 1996. She is devoted to early detection and determining the root cause of illnesses through functional testing. She also provides lifestyle and nutritional therapy. She is currently undergoing a Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine.
When not practicing medicine and caring for patients, Dr. Thuy Ngoc Nguyen spends time with her three daughters.
