Farah was born in Trinidad but is mainly a Florida native having lived here over 20 years. She completed her undergrad studies at the University of Central Florida and went on to complete her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale.
Farah's first position as a Physician Assistant was with a clinic for the uninsured. She then took a position with Sarasota Memorial Hospital and spent 6 years practicing Internal Medicine. Farah is now focusing her career in Aesthetic Medicine. Her hope is to make patients feel better through health, wellness and aesthetic management. Farah is also an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Florida State University’s Physician Assistant Program.
Farah and Dr. Kalnoky have been married since 2015 and have three young children, a dog and one cat. In her spare time she can be found at one of the beautiful Florida beaches building sandcastles with the kids.
Christine Mackie, MD, is a trusted family medicine physician at Excellence Medical Centers, LLC. Dr. Mackie provides comprehensive care for patients in Cape Coral, Florida. She offers general primary care services alongside targeted treatments to help patients living with diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances, and weight loss issues.
Dr. Mackie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona in Tucson, where she graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology, a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry, and a Bachelor's of Arts in Spanish. She continued her studies at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, also in Tucson.
Throughout her education, Dr. Mackie learned to value the trust a patient places in their physician. As a result, she always views her patients as whole individuals and not merely diagnoses or numbers. She is grateful for the professors she had along the way who shaped her approach to medicine.
After completing her medical training at the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation in Iowa, Dr. Mackie relocated to Florida due to her love of the ocean and the sun (but always with sunscreen!). In her 16 years of serving the Lee County, Florida, community Dr. Mackie has gained a solid reputation for her dedication to her patients and commitment to excellence in medicine.

Matthew B. Nessetti, MD, Ph.D. is a Board Certified Family Physician AND a Board Certified Medical Psychologist & Psychopharmacologist. He serves as AllCare’s Medical Director.
He enjoys working with children, adults, and families. He is proud of his integrated focus on psychological and medical wellness and prevention.
Dr. Nessetti completed his training at The University of Nebraska (Psychology/Psychopharmacology) and Creighton University (Family Medicine). He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and was elected to Fellow Status in 2004 with the American Psychological Association.
He has served as president of a number of Medical and Psychological membership organizations. He serves as the director of training for students, interns, and residents at AllCare. He is a strong surgical proceduralist and conducts a wide variety of surgical services at AllCare.
Christal DiMarco, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Associates in Dermatology in 2019. As a Florida native she chose to attend Florida State University for her Associates degree and went on to Florida Gulf Coast University to major in Biology and minor in Chemistry. She attended Nova Southeastern University for her Master of Medical Science and became a board-certified Physician Assistant in 2010.
Christal has been working in Cape Coral, Florida as a Physician Assistant, specializing in dermatology for the last 13 years. She enjoys performing full skin evaluations as well as treating acne and warts. She is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, rashes, autoimmune disorders and other dermatologic conditions. She encourages patients to use sun protective methods while enjoying Florida’s beautiful outdoors.

Stina McKenna, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Associates in Dermatology in 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science in behavioral neuroscience and minor in marine biology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and then completed her Master of Medical Science degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, where she graduated with summa cum laude academic standing.
Stina continued her training by working with several board-certified dermatologists and Mohs surgeons in the Greater Boston area to hone her skills to execute a variety of dermatologic surgical procedures. Stina was also awarded Diplomate Fellowship status with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) – representing the highest level of training for a Dermatology PA.
Stina takes pride in conducting thorough skin examinations utilizing dermoscopy. She believes in taking the time necessary to educate her patients on their diagnoses and address all their questions and concerns. Stina emphasizes the importance of sun protection and formulates healthy skin care regimens for each of her patients.

George is a board-certified physician assistant, specializing in dermatology since 2017. Originally from New England, he graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. He subsequently spent several years working as a dermatology medical assistant prior to obtaining his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University. He continued to strengthen his education by completing one of the only dermatology fellowship programs available for physician assistants.
George conducts his skin exams utilizing dermoscopy. He enjoys educating patients and strives to provide the best experience possible for each visit. His dermatologic interests include surgical excisions, as well as the management of skin cancers, acne, and various dermatoses.
