I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 5 years. As a family nurse practitioner, I have been trained to treat people of all ages. That means I can assess, diagnose and treat the majority of conditions that present to the clinic. I also know that patients with complex conditions sometimes need to see a physician or a specialist. I began my nursing career 16 years ago as an LPN, where I worked in hospitals, nursing home and home care. I have experience in Quality Management, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs and academia. Dr. Audrea Vaughan is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. She has Masters degrees in both Public Health and Anatomical Sciences. She brings over 10 years experience having practiced both in outpatient and inpatient settings. Dr. Weiner began his formal education at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, receiving his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 1966. He went on to complete an internship at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida.

Noorah graduated with her bachelor's degree in 2016 and her master's degree in 2022 from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. Her practice history includes work in the emergency room, neurology, neurosurgery, cardiology, orthopedics, gynecology, infectious disease, and pulmonology. Noorah brings a diverse skill set and comprehensive understanding of patient care, having worked in hospital settings and outpatient practices.

Jose Mendez, DO, has over twenty years of experience as a physician practicing in various settings, including dermatology, dermatologic surgery, wound care, critical care, primary care, and medical research. He applies his extensive experience at Dermatology Consultants P.A. in Miramar and Hialeah, Florida. Dr. Mendez has over thirteen years of experience in general dermatology and specializes in Mohs surgery.

Dr. Mendez served as a voluntary Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He has also served as a Clinical Professor for Internal Medicine and Dermatology with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and Clinical Professor for the Department of Dermatology Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Mendez has been the principal investigator for several dermatology research trials.

Dr. Mendez graduated from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Mendez is board certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Physician Specialties and is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He is also board certified in Geriatric Care and Family Medicine.

Dr. Ronaldo Calonje is a physician working at South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care in Coral Springs, Florida. Athletics, University of Miami Athletics, and more. He has served as Medical Director of South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care since 2011.

Dr. Calonje was born in Managua, Nicaragua. His father is a retired pediatrician who practiced for 20 years in Miami, Florida. His brother is an OB/GYN currently practicing at St. Alexius Medical Center in Illinois.
