Matthew B. Nessetti, MD, Ph.D. is a Board Certified Family Physician AND a Board Certified Medical Psychologist & Psychopharmacologist. He serves as AllCare’s Medical Director. Dr. Nessetti completed his training at The University of Nebraska (Psychology/Psychopharmacology) and Creighton University (Family Medicine). He has served as president of a number of Medical and Psychological membership organizations. He serves as the director of training for students, interns, and residents at AllCare. Poonam Malhotra, MD, is a family medicine physician at Central Clinic in Spring Hill, Florida. She is proud to provide comprehensive internal medicine and primary care services as well as womens health care.

Dr. Malhotra earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, India before she earned a diplomate in Medical Radio Diagnosis (DMRD) at Tata Memorial Cancer Research Centre in Mumbai, India.

She has an MD in family practice from the Morton Plan Mease, USF program, in Clearwater, Florida. 

Dr. Malhotra has been practicing at Central Clinic since 2005 and warmly welcomes patients to the practice.

I was born in Cuba and have a Siamese twin sister who is also a medical physician. I trained in Belize at St. Matthew’s School of Medicine and also in Manchester, England. I graduated from UAB Family Residency program in 2006. I have been practicing in Florida for 13 years as an emergency room physician. I am board certified in family medicine with multiple accreditation's such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS, and ATLS. I believe continuing medical education should be done constantly to stay up to date with all new research.
