He has been in practice for over seven years following the completion of his fellowships at Washington University in St Louis and the University of Tennessee (Memphis). Lourdes T. Santiago, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon and fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon at Colon and Rectal Clinic of Tampa Bay in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Santiago specializes in the treatment of colon and rectal cancers, as well as pelvic floor disorders.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and serving as a major in the United States Army, Dr. Santiago relocated to Tampa Bay, Florida, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Science and Chemistry at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Santiago returned to Puerto Rico, graduating with her Doctor of Medicine from the Ponce School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency and colon and rectal surgery fellowship training at the University of South Florida.
She is a member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS), the American College of Surgeons (ACS), and the Florida Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (FLSCRS).

Pina Panchal, MD is a native Canadian with a strong passion for working with women. Trained in a variety of aesthetic services and skilled in the medical management of weight loss and hormone deficiencies, she offers her services to both men and women of Tampa, Florida, at Bella Mia Medical Aesthetics and Laser Institute. Dr. Panchal believes a woman is at her best when she feels her best. She takes pride in helping her patients feel happy, healthy, and confident.

Cheryl Reed, MD, is a board-certified family practice physician with more than 30 years of experience at Pinnacle Health Group in Tampa, Florida. As a family practice physician, she has the opportunity to get to know her patients well and treat them with personalized care through all stages of life.
Dr. Reed completed her undergraduate studies at John Hopkins University in Baltimore. She then went on to study medicine at New York University School of Medicine in New York City. She completed her residency at the Medical Center of Beaver County in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Reed became a family physician because she liked the idea of treating the whole family throughout their lives. She was recently awarded Vitals.com’s Patient Choice Award, an honor bestowed on physicians who receive near-perfect patient reviews. She’s also been voted onto the “Best Doctors in Tampa Bay” list several times.
When she’s not at work, Dr. Reed enjoys volunteering in her community, watching movies, and relaxing with her husband of 22 years and their son.
Yvonne Latimer, MD is a board-certified family practice physician at Pinnacle Health Group in Tampa, Florida. She has over 15 years of experience in treating adult medicine, women's health, geriatrics, and mental health.
Dr. Latimer completed her undergraduate studies at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia. She then moved to Baltimore, Maryland, to complete her family practice residency at Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center, where she was chief family practice resident during her final year.
Dr. Latimer decided to become a family physician because she loved her experience treating the entire family as a medical student. She is known for her warmth, compassion, care delivery, and great sense of humor.
She currently belongs to the Florida Academy of Family Physicians and American Academy of Family Physicians.
