Tyneza Mitchell, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner at Comprehensive Care Clinic who specializes in providing health care to patients of all ages. Mrs. Mitchell completed her bachelor’s degree in biology at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas. She then pursued further studies at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing. After graduating from the program, she went on to complete her master’s degree in nursing at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Sheta can perform percutaneous peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion, percutaneous arteriovenous fistula creation, and many other minimally invasive dialysis access surgeries.

Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Dr. Sheta received his medical degree from the University of Cairo, Egypt, and moved to the United States in 2009 for his nephrology fellowship at the University of Minnesota. He eventually became a research fellow with Houston Methodist at Texas Medical Center. He has also trained with the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN) Training Program at the Dialysis Access Institute in Orangeburg, South Carolina, which is touted as one of the most prestigious dialysis access training programs worldwide. He eventually became the director of their interventional training program and has taught many interventional nephrologists from around the world special techniques.

Francis Dang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Lake Jackson. She joined the team in 2020.  

Francis graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences in Austin, Texas. She then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where she completed a dietetic internship in the Texas Medical Center and earned a Master in Public Health. Her master’s has a special focus on health promotion and behavioral sciences. 

She later returned to her hometown of Dallas, where she worked for six years as a registered dietitian for the UT Southwestern Solid Organ Transplant Program. During that time, her passion and interest for medicine grew, and she decided to pursue a new career as a physician assistant. In 2019, she completed a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Radford University in Roanoke, Virginia.

During her time as a registered dietitian, Francis cared for patients with a variety of medical conditions and learned the importance of patient-centered and preventative healthcare, all based on evidence-based medicine. She carried these values with her throughout her medical training and continues to uphold them as a physician assistant. Her interest and passion for dermatology came after experiencing the inner workings of a dermatology clinic during her clinical rotations. Corinne Copeland is originally from St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands. She attended the University of the Virgin Islands after high school, and moved stateside to further her education in the late 90s. Corinne attended Norfolk State University in VA full-time, while working as a part-time Certified Nurse Assistant. She later completed her BSN at Hampton University. After graduating, Corinne worked as a nurse in the pediatric ER and the IMCU-intermediate medical care unit in Virginia, until she relocated to Houston, TX. She obtained a Master of Science from Chamberlin College in 2017 and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her private practice gives her the opportunity to provide office visits and telemedicine, gain the community’s trust, and offer affordable costs.

Dr. Marie Sohner is a distinguished OB/GYN and wellness expert in our community, serving patients at Tomball Women’s Health Care Center for over 3 decades. She brings that specialized medical experience, and her passion for women’s health and quality of life, to her role as Wellness Director of New Life Wellness Medical Spa. 

After graduating Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, Dr. Marie Sohner pursued her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Sohner is a board-certified OB/GYN who specializes in Hormone Replacement Therapy and weight loss and has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of her patients through comprehensive gynecological care and innovative hormone replacement therapy and weight loss solutions. As Wellness Director, Dr. Sohner oversees all aspects of wellness and weight loss initiatives, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care that aligns with their health goals. 

With an active and robust life outside of the clinic, Dr. Sohner knows first-hand that her patients need to feel their best to tackle the busy, important work of their own daily lives. Annie is originally from the Houston area and attended high school at St. Agnes Academy. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019. 

Before completing her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology at the Houston Medical Center.

In addition to her background in nutrition, Annie holds a keen interest in skin care and in preventative medicine through lifestyle and diet. Building a strong relationship with every patient is an integral part of her practice. Having received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Tejas Desai, DO, Annie practices medical dermatology, skin cancer surgeries, and other various skin procedures. Annie regularly pursues her continuing medical education in dermatology to provide the highest quality care for her patients.

She is currently a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Association of Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association. Brianna Kay, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in New Braunfels and Gonzales and San Antonio.

She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2012. After graduation, Brianna sub-specialized in medical and surgical dermatology and completed a 10-month internship with a board-certified dermatologist in New Braunfels, TX. 

She earned the title of Diplomate Fellow under the Society of Dermatology PAs (SDPA). The SDPA Fellowship Program represents the standard in dermatology physician assistant education, allowing graduates to demonstrate that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional patient care in dermatology.

Brianna has been practicing dermatology for over nine years. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine, focusing on helping her patients to understand their health and skin care needs. She advocates for skin cancer prevention and takes the time to address her patient's questions and concerns. 

Due to personal experiences, Brianna takes a special interest in auto-immune conditions, such as psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa. Whether treating complex auto-immune diseases, or more common skin conditions such as acne or eczema, she has a very thorough and proactive approach to help her patients reach their maximum quality of life!

When Brianna is not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage daughter. Growing up in a military family, she frequently moved as a child and found a love for traveling. Her artistic hobbies include painting, crafting, and epoxy resin. Brianna lives in New Braunfels, Texas, and is excited to continue serving her local community.
