“Hi, I am grateful for Nicole Gardocki, I am taking small steps to change my life and improve my health. Slow and steady is working, not as fast as I like, but going in the right direction. Nicole's encouragement and support keeps me on track and doesn't let me play the I quit card. Nicole and this office is making me see healthcare in a different light and I am trying my best to get over my fear of the unknown and take control.”
