Chris Simpson, MD, is a family medicine physician practicing at Dickinson Family Medicine Clinic, located in Dickinson, Texas. He has been dedicated to practicing family medicine since 2018. Annie Chang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston. 

Annie is originally from the Houston area and attended high school at St. Agnes Academy. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019. 

Before completing her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology at the Houston Medical Center.

Biography Modupe Allen, a Family Nurse Practitioner, started her nursing career in 2008 studying at Houston Community College for her associate degree in Nursing. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Houston at Victoria and then completed her graduate education in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. She has clinical experience in various levels of nursing in different units in several hospitals such as St. Joseph Hospital, Sugarland Methodist, all HCA hospitals, and Memorial Hermann Hospital. She started her mid-level nursing experience in 2018 and specializes in treating acute and chronic illnesses in all ages but prefers taking care of adults. Modupe is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioner (AANP). She is very passionate about taking great care of her patients. Modupe is married and has two grown sons. In her leisure, she loves to socialize and travel.

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Van Tran is a native of Houston, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas - Austin with a degree in Biology. He later went to medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He returned to Houston, Texas to complete his Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas - Houston. He trained at Memorial Herman Hospital and LBJ Hospital.
