Logan T. Vander Woude, DO, MPH, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who is fellowship trained in cataract, cornea, refractive and glaucoma surgery. 

Dr. Vander Woude graduated as valedictorian of his medical school class at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he was given the Dean’s Award and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Blanchar graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1978 from the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida with a bachelor of science in chemistry with high honors. After graduation, he completed his first-year residency in internal medicine with an emphasis on emergency medical care. Gilbert Weiner, DO, is a board-certified family medicine specialist who leads the team at HealthStone Primary Care Partners in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Weiner has over 50 years of experience and a passion for holistic, integrated care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Weiner began his formal education at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, receiving his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 1966.
