Dr. Awodele is a residency-trained and board-certified occupational medicine physician with over nine years of medical expertise in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Aviation and Aerospace Medicine, and Preventive Medicine. He served as the U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon for Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 169 (HMLA-169) and Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 764 (VMM-764). Dr. Ansari’s interest in Integrative and functional medicine came from various different avenues. When he was working as assistant professor of medicine at the University of Kansas, teaching medical students and residents, he used to see the same patients in the hospital not improving on standard of care treatments and wondered about other aspects that were neglected.
