Saba Shabnam, MD, FAAFP,is a board-certified family medicine physician in Grapevine, Texas, proudly serving the communities in the Dallas Fort Worth area for more than 15 years. Dr. Shabnam graduated with honors from the Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1996. She moved to the United States and completed her family medicine training at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College. Through this residency, Dr. Shabnam served as chief resident.

Rahul Paryani, M.D. is an internal medicine physician with an outpatient practice in the hospital district of Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Paryani graduated with Gold Medal (Honors) from Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore University,India. After graduating, he completed a three year Internal Medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai ,NY Health Hospital Queens in New York where he led a performance improvement (PI) project within the Department of Ambulatory Care for Diabetes and Hypertensive patients. Since residency he has been serving as teaching faculty for the next generation of medical students, Internal Medicine (IM) residents within Graduate medical education(GME) department and precepting mid-level practitioners for UCSF Nurse Practitioner(NP) program in California.
