She completed her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, where she perfected her approach to helping people better their lives through optimal health.

Dr. Bonnick enjoyed a successful career as a primary care physician for more than 12 years, living and working in San Diego and Las Mesa, California. After moving to the Las Vegas area, she joined Apex Medical Center and has been helping patients maximize their health and wellness ever since.

Jenna has a strong determination for success that shines through with her passion for patient care. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the hospital setting over 15 years ago. She worked her way up while working full time, going to school full time, handling 2 children at the time and dealing with the household while her spouse was serving overseas. Jenna shows exemplary skill and compassion in her day-to-day interactions with her patients. Naz Wahab, MD, is a board-certified family practitioner and wound care specialist, serving patients in the Las Vegas, Nevada community at Wound Care Experts. 

In 2000, she graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School Of Medicine in Pembroke Pines, Florida. She completed her internship and residency at Ascension Providence Hospital, Southfield Campus. She is a fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association and has been practicing wound care and hyperbaric medicine for more than 10 years in the Las Vegas Valley. 

Dr. Wahab serves as the medical director for the Mountain View Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center in Las Vegas and the medical director of inpatient wound care for Dignity Health hospitals. She is an active member of many wound care and hyperbaric organizations, including the American Professional Wound Care Association, Association for the Advancement of Wound Care, European Wound Management Association, and Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. Currently, she is an active committee member on the Alliance of Wound Care Stakeholders and participates in multiple educational committees for wound healing.

Dr. Wahab is passionate about research. She is the lead clinical researcher and developer for international biotech companies. She is also currently a director of clinical research and an adjunct faculty member at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University Nevada in Henderson, Nevada, and develops wound care programs for continuing education for physicians and other allied health professionals.

Jonathan Tyler, PA-C, brings more than 11 years of experience to his role as a physician assistant at Atlas Health Institute. In the Las Vegas, Nevada, office, Jonathan specializes in customized treatments for health problems like erectile dysfunction, low energy, and other issues that can go along with hormone imbalance.

Shenakwa Tennille Hawkins is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Nevada and California. She has been serving in the medical field for over 20 years. Mrs. Shenakwa T Hawkins started her nursing career in 1999 in Southern California. A major source of inspiration for Shenakwa stems from the fact that she is a member of a traditionally marginalized community who have experienced health inequities in health care. As a result, Shenakwa felt it was her obligation and duty to use her position as a Family Nurse Practitioner to combat the existing health inequities that impacts the members of underserved communities in Las Vegas. Dr. Schmidt graduated from Nevada State College in 2007 with a BSN. For over 10 years she worked as an RN providing care to patients of all ages in hospice facilities, group homes, assisted living facilities, post-acute rehab, and private residences. Her area of interest was mainly hospice until graduating in May of 2017, from National University, with an MSN specializing as a family nurse practitioner. Dr. Schmidt then worked as a family nurse practitioner, seeing patients of all ages, in a clinical setting. In 2021, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Walden University. She is nationally certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board and dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and excellent quality of care to all Nevadans.
