Rulon Owen, DO, is a board-certified osteopathic family physician and senior medical examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration at Las Vegas Family Medicine, located in the Lone Mountain neighborhood of Las Vegas. The seeds of his future success as a physician were sown early on during his days as a student.
Dr. Owen finished high school a full year ahead of his class and was named to the Who’s Who Among American High School students and the Who’s Who Among Rising Young Americans. He attended Utah State University in Logan, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Dr. Owen received a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.
