Beverly Andrews is originally from Missouri where she developed a passion for nursing while working as a nursing assistant during high school. In 2001, she moved to Tennessee and worked as a surgical nurse at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital while preparing for nursing school. Beverly completed her BSN and MSN at Middle Tennessee State University and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. My previous direct experience was as a Hospitalist in Shelbyville, TN caring for Acute and Chronically ill patients. With four office locations in Cookeville, Gainesboro, Crossville, and Sparta, Tennessee, he provides expert care to all his patients at the Crossville, Sparta, Baxter, Gainesboro, and Cookeville offices.

He earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Lucknow, India, in 1971. Next, Dr. Jain achieved his Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from the Armed Forces Medical College in India, where he was awarded a scholarship for outstanding academic performance.
Dr. Jain moved to the United States to further his education and career in medicine. He worked as a medical officer and practiced emergency medicine at the outpatient department in the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

Priscilla began her nursing degree as an LPN in 2013, then moved on to her Associates degree in Nursing in 2016, Bachelors degree in Nursing in 2022 and then graduated with her Master’s degree in Nursing in April of 2023 from Chamberlain University. She worked as an LPN and RN with most of her experience being in Women’s Health as well as Labor and Delivery. She also has experience in Neuro and Family Practice for 5 years. After completing her board examination, Priscilla worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Hometown Family Care until joining our team. Outside of the office, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, camping and participating in youth ministry at LifeChurch.
