He later went to medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He returned to Houston, Texas to complete his Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas - Houston. He trained at Memorial Herman Hospital and LBJ Hospital. Annie Chang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston. 

Annie is originally from the Houston area and attended high school at St. Agnes Academy. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019. 

Before completing her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology at the Houston Medical Center.

In addition to her background in nutrition, Annie holds a keen interest in skin care and in preventative medicine through lifestyle and diet. Building a strong relationship with every patient is an integral part of her practice. Having received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Tejas Desai, DO, Annie practices medical dermatology, skin cancer surgeries, and other various skin procedures. Annie regularly pursues her continuing medical education in dermatology to provide the highest quality care for her patients.

She is currently a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Association of Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association. Zoe Apted, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston. Joining the Heights Dermatology team in 2019, Zoe brings incredible expertise. 

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In 2014, she completed a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. After finishing her MPH, she obtained a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2016. Zoe received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List.

Before completing her graduate studies, Zoe worked in clinical research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. Additionally, she spent six months volunteering as a medical assistant at a rural hospital in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala. During this time, she discovered a passion for clinical care, which compelled her to pursue a career in medicine. She previously practiced in obstetrics and gynecology before moving into dermatology, a field of special interest to her. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the Texas Board of Nursing, Licensed to Practice in Texas. I Graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2018 with a Master of Science in Nursing. I obtained my BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2013 few years after graduating from Wayne County Community College in Detroit Michigan in 2010 with my Associate degree in Nursing. I practiced most of my Nursing career as an Intensive care Unit Nurse in major hospital systems including Detroit Medical Center, Memorial Hermann Hospital and HCA Healthcare in addition to working in many other health care settings such as Long term care facilities, home health on a part time basis. I am very passionate about what I do and the people I serve and treat every patient with compassion while applying evidence-based practice to provide advanced, comprehensive and quality care to my patients. I offer house calls and Telemedicine services to people ages 18 -110.

Dr. Silvia Los earned her Medical Degree at Buenos Aires University and completed her Specialty in Family Medicine at UMass (University of Massachusetts). Soon after she was awarded the Honor degree of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine for her contributions on Medical Education, patient advocacy and leadership. Dr Los has more than 15 years of experience in Family Medicine and a great vision to transform Primary Care in this country based on her professional experiences in different University Clinics, Community Health Centers and Private Practices in different states in the USA and Australia. Dr. Shervy Xavier lived in Illinois for most of her life. She graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with Bachelor of Science in Biology. She completed medical school at American University of Antigua and completed her Family Medicine residency at University of Buffalo. She is board certified in Family Medicine. She enjoys the diversity that primary care offers and appreciates being able to provide continuity of care for her patients. Martha Zaidi, PA-C, delivers exceptional patient care at Integrative Primary Care to the people of Houston and Katy, Texas. Martha takes a multidisciplinary approach to care. She has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions that impact pediatric to geriatric populations and is also skilled in treating open wounds and other trauma-related injuries.

In addition to trauma care and acute and chronic disease management, Martha’s background includes aesthetic medicine, skin care, and nutrition.
