Dr. Timothy McCarren is a native Cincinnatian and a graduate of Elder High school. Tim completed his undergraduate studies at Xavier University, graduating with a B.S. He then attended University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. McCarren completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati in the department of Family Medicine during which he was the chief resident. Dr. McCarren was appointed to faculty at the University of Cincinnati in the Department of Family Medicine. He was the director of residency training from 1983-1985. Dr. McCarren then worked as an emergency medicine physician at Deaconess Hospital before moving to private practice in 1986.

Benjamin Tritle, MD, is one of the skilled, board-certified physicians at Vascular and Interventional Associates in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. He utilizes his expertise to help diagnose patients and provide them with minimally invasive treatment options for vascular and related diseases.
Dr. Tritle attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana, for his undergraduate studies, where he graduated magna cum laude with a major in biology and minors in chemistry and religion. He then pursued his medical degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis.
After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree, Dr. Tritle enrolled in an internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He went on to finish his residency in diagnostic radiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio, where he subsequently completed a competitive fellowship in interventional radiology.
Dr. Tritle is a member of the American College of Radiology and the American Medical Association. He is also the recipient of awards that include the Cleveland Clinic Excellence in Teaching Award, and his work has been published in the American Journal of Sports Medicine as well as Radiology.
When Dr. Tritle isn't serving his patients at Vascular and Interventional Associates, he focuses on competitive powerlifting, nutrition, cooking, and wine. He has an interest in personal finance, which he explores through real estate investments. Dr. Tritle is also passionate about helping animals and is an active volunteer at Greyhound Adoption of Ohio.

Taylor Yoder, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Physicians and Surgeons for Women in Springfield, Ohio. Taylor is passionate about building relationships with each of her patients and enjoys working with women of all ages through every stage of life. Her goal is to help women better understand their bodies and empower them to make informed decisions about their health.
Taylor earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, in 2015, graduating with honors, then completed her Master of Physician Assistant Practice from Ohio University in Dublin, Ohio. She also served there as chair of the marketing and registration committee and was a member of the ethics and professionalism committee. Taylor completed the Neonatal Physician Assistant Program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Taylor is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains licenses with the State Medical Board of Ohio and the Drug Enforcement Agency. To further her expertise, Taylor holds certifications in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. When not assisting the experienced and compassionate staff at Physicians and Surgeons for Women, Taylor enjoys the arts and outdoor activities, such as hiking and visiting America’s national parks with her husband. Michelle Noel, DO, is a double-board-certified neurologist and sleep medicine specialist at the Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), providing neurology and sleep medicine to adults in Centerville, Beavercreek, and Springfield.
Dr. Noel went to college at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, earning her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. After graduation, she enrolled at the University of Pikeville in Kentucky and obtained her Doctor of Osteopathy. She completed a residency at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio.
Dr. Noel is trained in all aspects of neurology, but she has a special interest in sleep medicine. She believes that fixing sleep issues is the key to solving many other health problems and loves making small changes to improve a patient’s life for the better. Her sleep medicine expertise allows her to serve as the Sleep Director for Kettering Health Network.
Dr. Noel is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Noel enjoys spending time with her husband and twins. She owns a farm and loves spending time outdoors and exercising.
