Sneha Kumar, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Leading MDs, providing exceptional health care at the practice’s locations in Goodyear, Tempe, and Mesa, Arizona.
Dr. Kumar brings years of experience to the practice. She studied at Mahatma Gandhi Missions (MGM) Medical College in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, earning her medical degree.
After graduation, Dr. Kumar moved to the United States and completed a family medicine residency at Mercy Health — St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital in Ohio, an extension of Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). Dr. Kumar then spent five years at Decatur Memorial Hospital in Illinois on a National Interest Waiver. She served underprivileged communities in this role and was triage lead during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mohammad Nasser, MD, founder of Leading MDs in Goodyear, Tempe, Sun City, and Mesa, Arizona, is a board-certified internal medicine physician and population health specialist. Michael Brady, DO, is a family medicine and primary care physician. He serves patients in Surprise and El Mirage, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Surprise – Dysart Rd clinic.
Dr. Brady started his medical career in the United States Navy, where he served as an independent duty diving medical technician. After retiring from the Navy, he worked as an orthopedic technician before attending medical school.
Dr. Brady attended medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, followed by a family medicine residency at Abrazo Central Campus (formerly Phoenix Baptist Hospital) in Phoenix, Arizona.

Umesh Narayanan, M.D. is a native of Tampa, Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies earning a Bachelor of Sciences at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida (Go Gators!). He completed his medical school at Saba University School of Medicine in the Dutch Caribbean. He completed his Family Medicine Residency training at the University of North Dakota in Minot, North Dakota. He then went on and completed a Geriatrics Fellowship at the University of Arizona Geriatrics program here in Sun City, Arizona. He loved the area so much and has found permanent residence in Phoenix, Arizona. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine and is Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also an academic preceptor for the geriatric fellowship program through University of Arizona/Banner Health. He has fellows and residents rotate with him once a week. He is married. His wife is a Physician Assistant in Dermatology in the area. In his spare time, he is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching and playing football, basketball, and baseball. He also enjoys hiking. Traveling the world and trying various cuisines is his passion.
YuJie Shui, D.O. was born and raised in China and spent his high school years in the greater Phoenix area. He graduated from Boston University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
