Brandi Burnett is a board certified family nurse practitioner with 6 years of experience all spent in community health. Brandi is a Master’s level graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington. She worked as a nurse for 8 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She is a member of the American Associations of Nurse Practitioners and has a certificate in nurse education. I graduated from Midwestern State University and completed a Master of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. Then began my healthcare career as a Registered Nurse, working in case management, postpartum care, and as a PICC nurse. Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, or “Dr. O” as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She has over 13 years of medical experience.

Dr. Olabintan is a life-enthusiast, a Christian, wife, and mom who enjoys good cuisine and can’t get enough of the colors teal and orange.

Raised in Colleyville, Texas, Regina graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. Regina majored in biology and secondary education.

Regina later graduated with an associate’s degree in medical assisting from Butler County Community College in Butler, Pennsylvania, in 2016 and began her career in Dermatology. In 2018, Regina received a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She worked at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic treating patients, as a study coordinator for psoriasis studies, and preceptor for Physician Assistant students. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Regina is excited to join the Heights Dermatology team. She practices medical dermatology and performs skin cancer surgeries and other skin procedures. Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting, traveling, and reading science fiction in her free time.

Ms. Wright has been a Parker County resident since 2019 and a nurse for 20+ years. She grew up with an extraordinary passion of caring for others. Starting nursing school immediately after graduating high school in 1998 became her highest priority. Crystal has worked as a nurse for years in the McClennan and Bosque Counties. Her drive to provide more for her patients pushed her to continue her education. While working as a nurse she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing and her Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of Texas Arlington in 2019. Ms. Wright moved to Springtown in 2019 where she has spent the last 3 years practicing as a traveling Nurse Practitioner, providing home-based clinical visits and telehealth visits. As a believer in God’s timing the opportunity presented itself to partner with Dr. Wooten and Total Care Chiropractic to form Total Care Health Services.

Asif Aziz, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Elite Primary Care, PA, serving patients in Greenville, Texas, and throughout Hunt County.

Dr. Aziz grew up in Pakistan and earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi. After graduating, he moved to the United States and opened up his own primary care practice in San Jose, California. Dr. Aziz provided internal medicine to adults in and around San Jose for almost a decade before relocating to the Dallas metroplex to be closer to family.
