Additionally, she was a leader in psychedelic risk reduction services with the Zendo Project & Kosmicare as they pioneered psychedelic emergency care, drug education and peer support worldwide. Dr. Gutkin specializes in emergency medicine after completing his residency at MLK-King Drew Hospital here in Los Angeles. He joined our team in September of 2021 and has been committed to helping us ensure patients receive top of the line care. Dr. Gutkin served as a medical director at the non profit organization for Medic-1 Ambulance for 7 years. When he's not helping patients you can find him enjoying good food, fine wines and scuba diving.

Dr. Tavassoli graduated with her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Shortly after, she earned her Doctor of Osteopathy at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She commenced her post-graduate journey through internship, residency, and fellowship in family medicine.
Dr. Tavassoli has a heart and passion for patient care, specifically in preventive family medicine.
