William “Bill” Newman, MD, is a general medicine and allergy and asthma specialist. He serves patients at Denver Allergy & Asthma Associates in Boulder, Lakewood, Westminster, Denver, Littleton, and Arvada, Colorado.
Dr. Newman grew up in Dayton, Ohio, where he lived and breathed Reds baseball. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. While there, he worked in the immunology lab at the medical school, a position that sparked his interest in the field.
He obtained his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, on a U.S. Army scholarship. Dr. Newman completed his internal medicine residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado (now the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus).
Dr. Newman spent the next four years as a staff internist at the U.S. Army Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. He left military service in 1997 and joined the staff of the University of Vermont in Burlington, where he was also an assistant professor of medicine, teaching medical students and residents.
After three years in primary care internal medicine, he sought specialty training and rejoined the Army to do so. He completed his allergy/immunology fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 2002 and, from there, returned to Germany to become Chief of Allergy at the US Army Hospital in Würzburg, where he also functioned as chief of medicine.
He left Germany and the Army in 2005 to launch a solo allergy/immunology practice in Vermont and spent the next 11 years as an established allergist in the Burlington, Vermont, area.
When his son graduated from high school, he and his wife decided to make a bold change and return to Colorado. He joined Denver Allergy & Asthma and Associates in July 2016.
When not at work, Dr. Newman loves the wilderness and the mountains, camping, hiking, canoeing, and fishing whenever he can find the time. He is married and has a grown son who lives in Salt Lake City.
Val has over 14 years of healthcare and management experience. She spent nine years working as Practice Administrator and Billing Supervisor of a well-established Ophthalmology and Optometry practice. As Magnolia Medical Group's Director of Operations, she works closely with medical providers, counselors, psychiatrists, laboratory staff, medical assistants, and clinic administration staff to consistently develop and nurture a clinic atmosphere that is beneficial and conducive to helping those in recovery. Val has been with Magnolia Medical Group since May of 2021.
Val is a Colorado Native who lives with her husband and their two children. She enjoys camping, hiking, paddle boarding, and most other outdoor activities. Dr. Sarah Mack is a Colorado Native who completed medical school at Rocky Vista University. She received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at University of Northern Colorado and a masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She then completed residency with Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma learning to care for a rural population and help an underserved population manage their health. Dr. Mack enjoys caring for whole families and providing thorough care through education and discussion of options.
Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her husband and family when she’s not practicing medicine. She enjoys being in the mountains as much as possible with hiking, camping, and off-roading with her husband. She enjoys cooking and baking for her loved ones and learning new techniques when she can.

Bailie Cronin, DNP, MS, PMHNP-BC, APN, is the founder and CEO of Peak Interactive Wellness in Denver, Colorado. She is a doctorally prepared board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with prescriptive authority providing treatment for psychiatric ailments and disorders across the lifespan.
Bailie graduated from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (psychiatric nurse practitioner).
