Dr. Broadway has over 15 years of healthcare experience. She attended nursing school at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, then worked in the surgical/trauma intensive care unit (ICU) before earning her Doctorate in Nursing Practice.

Julie Goldberg, FNP, BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner seeing patients at Broadway Family Practice in Littleton, Colorado. Her mission is to provide comprehensive primary care services that help patients in the Denver metropolitan area look and feel their very best. 

Julie completed her undergraduate studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, in 2018. Then, in 2020, she enrolled at William Paterson University, located in Wayne, New Jersey, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2023.

Tana Smith, M.D. is an experienced board certified family physician with over 20 years of dedicated service in the field of medicine. As a Colorado native, she’s had the privilege of serving Colorado communities for more than two decades. Dr. Smith is an alumna of the University of Denver. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, followed by residency at St. Anthony Family Medicine Residency Program in Denver. Her experience spans various facets of family medicine, with a particular emphasis on fostering strong patient-physician partnerships and shared decision-making. Dr. Smith's approach to healthcare is grounded in the belief that effective treatment plans are best developed through collaborative efforts between physician and patient. She is passionate about getting to know her patients and working together to keep patients and their families healthy. As a Colorado native, Dr. Smith has called Littleton home for over 20 years.

Dr. Sarah Mack is a Colorado Native who completed medical school at Rocky Vista University. She received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at University of Northern Colorado and a masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She then completed residency with Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma learning to care for a rural population and help an underserved population manage their health. Dr. Mack enjoys caring for whole families and providing thorough care through education and discussion of options. Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her husband and family when she’s not practicing medicine. She enjoys being in the mountains as much as possible with hiking, camping, and off-roading with her husband. She enjoys cooking and baking for her loved ones and learning new techniques when she can.

Dr. Ashleigh Sartor, MD is a graduate of Swedish Medical Center Family Medicine Residency. Prior to moving to Denver for residency, she received her medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, and undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Hope College in Michigan. Dr. Sartor enjoys the opportunity that Family Medicine provides for forming therapeutic relationships with a large variety of patients. Dr. Rebecca Nickell is an Osteopathic Physician who graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. She learned to love Colorado while completing her residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colorado. She enjoys treating the whole person, using a whole body rather than a disease focused approach to health and wellness. Her interests include general family medicine, well women care, osteopathic manipulation, mental health, and assisting with weight loss. Floyd Russak, MD, is a double board-certified internist (1984) and holistic medicine (1999) specialist. He specializes in internal medicine, pediatrics, and geriatric care at Russak Personalized Medicine in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Dr. Russak grew up in Denver and graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 1973.  He earned his bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University in Chicago, studying music and biology.  He then went on to receive his doctorate of medicine at George Washington University in Washington, where he served on the team that treated President Ronald Reagan in 1981. 

Dr. Russak completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics at Harvard Medical School in Boston, where he served on the faculty for 12 years. He was the founder of Somerville Family Health, a 10-physician, four-office multispecialty in Boston, which he sold to Harvard in 1996.  He had numerous television appearances on CBS while in Boston.

She went on to earn both her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing at Columbia University in New York City, where she was part of the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. As part of her training, Sarah worked as a registered nurse at the Manhattan Children's Center and student nurse practitioner at the Neighborhood Family and Health Center in the Bronx.

After completing her training, Sarah worked as a nurse practitioner at several facilities in Colorado, before starting The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC in 2019. Sarah is board certified and holds both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado and is a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has independent prescriptive authority and holds a Drug Enforcement Administration certificate, which allows her to prescribe medication for patient treatment.

Dr. Andreas J. Edrich serves DRG & ALT as the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director for all locations and is integrally involved in direct patient care as well as training of all medical staff.
