Experienced primary care provider Emmanuel Isaac, DO, leads the team at Isaac Medical Group, located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Dr. Isaac makes patient communication a top priority and takes a whole-body approach to care.
Dr. Isaac attended Florida Atlantic University, in Boca Raton, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry. He then earned a Masters of Business Administration at Saint Joseph’s University, in Philadelphia, before completing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Dr. Isaac completed his internship and residency in family medicine at Broward Health Medical Center and Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSUCOM). During his residency, he was named Chief Resident. He rounded out his medical training with a fellowship in sports medicine at NSUCOM, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Isaac is board certified in family medicine by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners (ACOFP).
Following his medical training, Dr. Isaac worked in a variety of medical settings. He is an ER Physician/Consultant at West Palm Beach VCA Medical Center, as well as a Chief Medical Officer at Broward Community and Family Health Centers. In addition to his work in patient settings, he holds faculty appointments at NSUCOM and Florida Atlantic University College of Medicine.
He speaks fluent Haitian Creole, Conversational French, and Medical Spanish.
Dr. Kruszka is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who has more than 12 years of extensive clinical experience. She focuses in primary care. As a detail-oriented clinician and educator, she has excellent critical thinking, communication, and teaching skills. She’s passionate about her work and cares about her patients and students. Over a decade, Dr. Kruszka has focused on clinical practice and education innovation. She believes in lifelong learning, which empowers her to become an expert in clinical practice.

I’m Kelli Kraaz, APRN, and as an advanced practice registered nurse, I work to ensure you receive the quality health care you need from your home, office, or wherever is most convenient.
My career spans 35 years, serving in hospitals, clinics, and trauma settings. I have extensive experience making rounds, admitting and discharging patients, and developing personalized treatment protocols. My background has given me the skill set to handle everything from acute and chronic disease management to wound care, preventive care, and more.
As an autonomous nurse practitioner, I function independently of physicians but regularly collaborate with various health specialists. I visit patients' homes, offices, and assisted living facilities to diagnose and treat various medical issues, including asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), hypertension (high blood pressure), and diabetes. I also provide telehealth visits.
Though I don’t maintain a physical office, I can still use cutting-edge technology, including digital stethoscopes and electrocardiograms (EKGs), that allows me to listen wirelessly, record, playback, and save. I perform most services onsite, but when necessary, I can refer you to nearby clinics and care facilities.
I offer a conservative, patient-centered approach, prescribing alternative and holistic therapies whenever possible. I never rush appointments and dedicate intentional time to learning about your symptoms, concerns, and goals during appointments.

Dr. S. Paul Sloane is an obesity and weight loss specialist who takes a holistic approach to patient care. Dr. Ronaldo Calonje is a physician working at South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care in Coral Springs, Florida. He provides a variety of services to patients at this facility, including physical exams, and sports medicine, along with diagnosis and treatment for chronic conditions, such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol. His sports medicine practice ranges from weekend warriors to top professionals and everyone in between.
Dr. Calonje attended Miami-Dade College, where he studied psychology. After graduating from this institution with honors, he studied microbiology and immunology at the University of Miami. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences. Dr. Calonje attended medical school at Autonomous School of Medical Sciences in Costa Rica. After returning to the United States, he completed a fellowship in sports medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
Since he began practicing sports medicine, Dr. Calonje has covered many events, including amateur boxing, professional boxing, WNBA basketball, mixed martial arts, the Chicago Marathon, Florida State University Athletics, special Olympics, F.I.U. Athletics, University of Miami Athletics, and more. He has served as Medical Director of South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care since 2011.
Dr. Calonje was born in Managua, Nicaragua. His father is a retired pediatrician who practiced for 20 years in Miami, Florida. His brother is an OB/GYN currently practicing at St. Alexius Medical Center in Illinois.
