Raymond Dorio, MD, is a primary care physician and general practitioner specializing in geriatric medicine at IMAC Medical Group. At his practice in Newhall, California, he provides a wide range of internal and primary care services to patients of all ages.

Dr. Elain Tong was born in Pasadena, CA. Her interest in medicine began at a young age, after suffering multiple ankle injuries from years of dancing classical ballet. Holy Dove Q. Paule, FNP-C has 20 years of experience in nursing care. Areas of experience includes: Oncology, Renal Transplant, Endocrinology, Trauma, and 12 of those years specifically in Emergency Medicine. Not only has she played the role of a nurse, but also as a supervisor which gave her the experience to be a leader. Her role as the Pediatric Liaison Nurse (PDLN) and Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) gave her the opportunity to create treatment protocols for Emergency Room Services for Pediatrics and also maintain guidelines for Pre-hosptial care. With this in mind, she is able to utilize knowledge and experience to help aid the vulnerable population in home by triaging, maintaining complex disease process, and also orchestrating plan of care with home health agencies/hospice, rehab, skilled nursing, and acute care.

Theodore Gerard A. Caspe, MD, serves families in the Rancho Cucamonga, California community with a sense of support and responsibility. Specializing in family practice and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Caspe covers the most fundamental needs of the men and women in the Inland Empire.

Superior personalized care and patient access are his top priorities. Dr. Caspe received his medical education and bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He completed his residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California, and received his board certification from the Medical Board of California. Immediately following his residency, Dr. Caspe went into private practice for family medicine, where he’s been serving his community for over 14 years.

Dr. Mohammed Ansari is board certified in Internal medicine and completed his residency from University of Missouri, Kansas city. He has also completed training in functional medicine from the institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), and has been trained in chronic infections from ILADS and is a Lyme literate MD. He is also very well versed in mold illness, heavy metal toxicity, environmental illnesses, hormonal imbalances just to name a few. He also considers Dr. Neil Nathan, who is one of the leading experts in environmental illnesses and mold toxicity as his mentor as he has learned from him and is also part of his mentorship program where they have group discussions on difficult cases.

Dr. Ansari’s interest in Integrative and functional medicine came from various different avenues. When he was working as assistant professor of medicine at the University of Kansas, teaching medical students and residents, he used to see the same patients in the hospital not improving on standard of care treatments and wondered about other aspects that were neglected. He then enrolled in the “Institute of functional medicine” which aligned with his philosophy of “treating the root cause of disease and not just treating the symptoms” and “using food, nutrition, lifestyle and supplements in addition to traditional medicine” to enhance the patient’s immune system and eliminate illness. One of the other inspirations to learn about environmental illness and mold toxicity also came to him when his whole family including himself were affected by mold illness from living in a moldy home. 

He is naturally a very curious individual who is always eager to learn and in his free time goes through a lot of published research to get his answers as this is his passion. Although many times intuition is needed in treating patients, he believes there is a lot of research and evidence already out there which physicians and patients can benefit from and he regularly goes over interesting articles with his colleagues to see how to improve patient outcomes.

Dr. Ansari has extensive work experience, he has worked in acute patient care for Inpatient medicine and served as an Assistant professor in Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center from 2016 to 2021 where he taught medical students and residents. He has also worked in an outpatient setting seeing patients for various illnesses including primary care from 2021 to 2024 before deciding to open his own practice.

Thomas Rambacher, DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA, is a double board-certified surgeon and wound doctor at Foot Ankle Leg Wound Care Orange County in Mission Viejo, California. He is one of the few wound care specialists and podiatrists in the region who specializes in orthoplastics (flap reconstruction), limb salvage, and highly specialized wound care.

Dr. Rambacher received his degree in podiatric medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, now called the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (KSUCPM).

Lauren Kent Davis, DO, is a board-certified family practice physician at South Coast Family Medical Center Inc. Dr. Kent Davis is passionate about providing accessible primary care to the community. She grew up in Laguna Niguel, California, where her father, Michael Kent, MD, founded South Coast Family Medical Center in 1990.

Dr. Kent Davis grew up playing soccer for the SC Blues Soccer Club and attended Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Dr. Kent Davis followed in her father’s footsteps, choosing medicine as her profession. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and pre-med from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana. While studying at Notre Dame, Dr. Kent Davis continued playing soccer and was on the university’s varsity team.

Dr. Kent Davis went to medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. While in medical school, she met her husband, Chris Davis, DO. After graduation, she completed a three-year residency in family medicine at St. Anthony North Family Medicine Residency in Denver, part of Centura Health®.

Shruti Patel, MD, is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician specializing in Family Practice and Urgent Care at Low Cost Health Clinics. 

With seven offices in Anaheim, Riverside, Santa Ana, Corona, Costa Mesa, Cathedral City, and Indio, California, patients have a variety of locations to choose from. In addition, all the clinics are on a walk-in basis, so patients can access care when needed.
