Jocelin earned her Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her undergraduate years, she simultaneously worked as a certified pharmacy technician and certified emergency medical technician. Mona Clor, MD, is a highly qualified Primary Care Physician and Urgent Care physician at Michigan Avenue Primary Care, serving patients throughout The Loop of downtown Chicago, Illinois. 

Dr. Clor is board-certified in Aesthetic Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Physicians. With extensive experience in both primary care and urgent care settings, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients.

Dr. Clor received her postgraduate education at the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, where she earned an M.Sc. degree in Clinical Biochemistry. Her graduate education includes a Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery (M.B.Ch.B) from the same institution. She completed her Family Practice Residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford in Rockford, IL.

Throughout her career, Dr. Clor has held various positions that showcase her versatility and expertise. She has served as a family physician in private practice in Baghdad, Iraq, and as a biology teacher in Jordan. Earning her medical degree from the University of Munich, Dr. Lengyel pursued further training in obstetrics and gynecology while in Germany before moving to the United States to work as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of California San Francisco.  After publishing multiple articles and book chapters, Dr. Lengyel returned to clinical medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at West Suburban Medical Center.

Her treatment philosophy is to appreciate that every patient is different and in turn, to provide them with the deserved individual attention and treatment.  She believes in listening to patients, educating them about their diagnosis and treatment options, and caring about their wellbeing.  Dr. Lengyel values the inherent variety of Michigan Avenue Immediate Care’s patients who continually keep her “thinking, rethinking and learning”.
