Cristina Sardinha, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a board-certified surgeon on the team at Progressive Surgical Care, an exceptional surgery practice with locations in Manhasset Hills in New Hyde Park and the Lindenwood area in Howard Beach, New York. Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.

Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

He then graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn (Downstate Medical Center) with Distinction in Research and Cum Laude honors.

He completed his internship at the University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine, and then moved on to complete his dermatology residency, as Chief Resident, at Downstate Medical Center.

Dr. Onorato furthers his involvement in the medical community by presenting at conferences, both nationally and internationally, and he’s been published in several dermatology journals.

Susane Frith-Headley, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Vantage Medical Associates PC, which has locations in the Bergen Beach, Coney Island, Williamsburg, and Sheepshead Bay neighborhoods in Brooklyn, the Far Rockaway neighborhood in Queens, and Brentwood and Babylon, New York. Susane has over 15 years of experience delivering exceptional nursing care at various health facilities across New York. 

Susane earned her associate’s degree of applied science in nursing at the Borough of Manhattan Community College and began working on the nursing staff at Bronx Lebanon Hospital. She then went on to finish her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing before working at NYU Langone Hospital–Brooklyn. Alongside her work at NYU Langone Hospital, Susane finished her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.

She also finished post-graduate work as an acute care nurse practitioner in adult-gerontology through the Hofstra University School of Graduate Nursing & Physician Assistant Studies and is in the process of completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice in healthcare systems leadership at Chamberlain University.
