Christina began her career as a high school special education teacher in a high-needs school district on Long Island. Seeing the generational effect of addiction and alcoholism within family systems, Christina found a new passion and became a credentialed addiction professional through the New York State Office of Addiction Supports and Services.

Christina played a pivotal role in establishing the foundation for our flagship OASAS-certified outpatient program. Her leadership and commitment were instrumental in shaping our program's success. Christina also previously served as the Executive Director of our Shirely location.

Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Haley Bookbinder is a board-certified Physician Assistant, originally from Rhode Island.
