Dr. Rory Allen practices Family and Occupational medicine and serves as medical director at MyFitMed. He believes in healthy and happy living and focuses mostly on preventative medicine. He provides superior bare and exceptional services to all his patients.

Dr. Allen graduated from UNT Health Science Center in Ft. Worth Texas with DO. Prior to become DO, he completed BBA. During his college years he participated in a church mission to Japan. He loves to travel and enjoys the beauty of the outdoors as well as many outdoor activities with his family such as scuba diving and snow skiing. He focuses on fitness and overall enjoys living a happy healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work Dr. Allen spends most of his time with his wife Ashley, and 8 children. Four of which are currently attending college. He has 4 grandchildren and 3 more of the way.

Dr. Julio C. Olivieri practice Internal Medicine with special Interest in Geriatric medicine. He has had private practice in DFW are for past 20 years. He also does house calls for patients in need. He goes above and beyond in helping his patients to make their life healthy and happy.

Dr. Olivieri has been treating complex medical issues since over 30 years. His practice has included the treatment of most adult illnesses including Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart disease, etc. He also performed inpatient hospital care in several Mesquite facilities such as Mesquite community hospital and Dallas Regional Medical Center. Dr. Olivieri also provides services for multiple hospice agencies due to his interest in Palliative care. He bring his years of experience to MyFitMed to help patients live healthy life.

Dr. Olivieri completed his medical school training at the University of Puerto Rico Science Campus in 1992. He the completed a 3 year residency Program in Internal Medicine at Damas Hospital Ponce P.R. He is currently married with 3 children. His hobby is traveling abroad.

Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. He enjoys practicing medicine at North Tex MedCare Clinic and Urgent Care, which has convenient locations in Allen, Addison, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and New York Medical College in New York City. After graduation, he completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

With a passion for urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Lee has extensive experience providing responsive care to patients. He has also treats patients for weight loss with todays current medication of Ozempic and Tirzepatide. He has been an advocate for telemedicine since it rose in popularity around 2008 and continues to integrate remote care into his work.

Dr. Lee’s well-rounded expertise also includes weight loss, primary care, urgent care. pediatrics, dermatology, and psychiatry, allowing him to provide primary care services for patients of all ages. He specializes in chronic disease management, cold and flu care, injury treatment, and other conditions that demand prompt attention.

Dr. Lee takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, ensuring his expertise aligns with their needs and goals.

Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching baseball.

Dr. Khalida Yasmin leads the medical staff at Premier Wellness Clinics. She brings her years of medical experience to the Little Elm – Frisco communities to provide quality medical services. As an experienced board-certified physician in family medicine, she has the experience and expertise to properly manage and treat both acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. Dr. Yasmin is currently seeing new patients.

Dr. Yasmin is actively involved in a number of organizations, allowing her the opportunity to give back and make a difference in the lives of others.

Dr. Yasmin completed her undergraduate from University of Colorado. She obtained her Medical degree from Punjab University, Pakistan. She completed her family medicine training at University of Illinois in Chicago.

She has over 20 years of experience in Family medicine in variety of settings, she did private practice and served as Captain in the American Air Force reserves. Dr. Yasmin also worked in Youth and Family Clinics in Dallas, as well as being affiliated with Parkland Hospital.

Sunil Modi, MD of Express Family Clinic is board-certified in both family medicine and geriatrics, which means he’s with you every step of the way as you journey through life. His goal is to provide primary care to people in Allen, Texas and the surrounding communities. His practice is personal, experienced, up-to-date, and, above all, comprehensive.

Dr. Modi earned his medical and surgical degrees at B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. After graduating, Dr. Modi came to the United States and completed his residency at Temple University/Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania in family practice. He then completed his residency in geriatric medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Pradeep Parihar, MD has devoted his medical career to family medicine, with a subspecialty in sports medicine, to help patients at Express Family Clinic in Allen, Texas, lead long and active lives. With a relationship-first approach, Dr. Parihar works with his patients, both young and old, to monitor their health through holistic and preventive practices that keep them functioning at their very best during every stage of life.

Dr. Parihar earned his medical and surgical degrees at Shyam Shah Medical College in India and then traveled to the United States, where he completed his residency in family practice at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. Not stopping there, Dr. Parihar received a fellowship in primary care sports medicine from St. Vincent Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Keith Kirbow, NP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner (NP) at New Genesis Vitality in McKinney, Texas. He specializes in health and wellness for both physical and mental health and is committed to empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being through holistic care and lifestyle interventions.

Keith discovered his passion for healthcare at a young age, inspired by his mother’s compassionate nursing care during a long career in healthcare. Raised in a tight-knit family in East Texas, he was drawn to the healing arts and determined to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

After completing his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, Keith pursued advanced training in nursing, earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in family nurse practitioner (FNP) studies. He continued his academic journey, obtaining a second specialization in psychiatric mental health (PMHNP) studies, with a focus on mental health and wellness.

Dr. Tâm Cung's home has always been the DFW area since he was 4-years-old, when his parents immigrated to America as political refugees to escape communist Vietnam. Shortly after medical school, his father just retired from Dallas Police, suffered traumatic brain injury, and which pointed Dr. Cung towards Geriatric and palliative care; though at his core, he likes to see patients of all different ages.

Ms. Wright has been a Parker County resident since 2019 and a nurse for 20+ years. She grew up with an extraordinary passion of caring for others. Starting nursing school immediately after graduating high school in 1998 became her highest priority. Crystal has worked as a nurse for years in the McClennan and Bosque Counties. Her drive to provide more for her patients pushed her to continue her education. While working as a nurse she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing and her Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of Texas Arlington in 2019. Ms. Wright moved to Springtown in 2019 where she has spent the last 3 years practicing as a traveling Nurse Practitioner, providing home-based clinical visits and telehealth visits. As a believer in God’s timing the opportunity presented itself to partner with Dr. Wooten and Total Care Chiropractic to form Total Care Health Services.
