Dr. Ebere Israel Azubuike, MD ("Dr. Izzy"), is a family doctor serving patients of all ages at Mercy Family Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He has about 15 years of experience, and he specializes in primary care and family medicine. 

Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.

After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area. During this period he realized that most of his hospital patients do not have a primary care doctor. For this reason, he opened his private practice, Mercy Family Clinic, (M.F.C.) in 2010. His main purpose was to start early preventive care with holistic approach to treatment, hence decreasing the need for these patients to go back to the hospital. Dr. Julio C. Olivieri practice Internal Medicine with special Interest in Geriatric medicine. He has had private practice in DFW are for past 20 years. He also does house calls for patients in need. He goes above and beyond in helping his patients to make their life healthy and happy.

Dr. Olivieri has been treating complex medical issues since over 30 years. His practice has included the treatment of most adult illnesses including Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart disease, etc. He also performed inpatient hospital care in several Mesquite facilities such as Mesquite community hospital and Dallas Regional Medical Center. Dr. Allen graduated from UNT Health Science Center in Ft. Worth Texas with DO. Prior to become DO, he completed BBA. During his college years he participated in a church mission to Japan. She is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University College of Nursing (BSN) and Walden University (MSN in Nursing) specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. Karan is associated with A.L.M.S.
