“Lauren has been my primary care for over 3 years now and I keep going back because she’s one of the few providers I’ve had that is not condescending, she asks me a lot of questions to make sure she understands the whole problem, and I never feel rushed out the door or like a number. I would give Lauren 5 stars but I have had issues with billing/administration in the past. I was charged 20 dollars for copay for a recent appointment but for some reason the the money went towards paying a copay for an older appointment that I had no idea I owed money for. I never got a clear receipt showing the evidence of which appointment received the payment and was asked to pay another copay for the recent appointment. In addition, my insurance had a rough time working with office staff to get paperwork needed for my short term disability approval. I would rate the administration a 2.”
