Dr. Newman grew up in Dayton, Ohio, where he lived and breathed Reds baseball. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. While there, he worked in the immunology lab at the medical school, a position that sparked his interest in the field.
He obtained his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, on a U.S. Army scholarship. Dr. Newman completed his internal medicine residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado (now the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus).
Dr. Newman spent the next four years as a staff internist at the U.S. Army Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. After three years in primary care internal medicine, he sought specialty training and rejoined the Army to do so. He left Germany and the Army in 2005 to launch a solo allergy/immunology practice in Vermont and spent the next 11 years as an established allergist in the Burlington, Vermont, area.

Morgan Busse received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Washington in 2011 and worked as an inpatient OB nurse for 8 years at a busy urban hospital in Seattle, Washington. Her love for nursing and the desire to create life-long partnerships with patients and families led her back to the University of Washington where she graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, specializing as a family nurse practitioner in 2020. In 2019 she graduated from Marian university with her second master?s degree with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2020 She graduated as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has a strong background in mental health nursing and has been in the nursing profession for 25 years.
