Holy Dove Q. Paule, FNP-C has 20 years of experience in nursing care. Areas of experience includes: Oncology, Renal Transplant, Endocrinology, Trauma, and 12 of those years specifically in Emergency Medicine. Not only has she played the role of a nurse, but also as a supervisor which gave her the experience to be a leader. Her role as the Pediatric Liaison Nurse (PDLN) and Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) gave her the opportunity to create treatment protocols for Emergency Room Services for Pediatrics and also maintain guidelines for Pre-hosptial care.
With this in mind, she is able to utilize knowledge and experience to help aid the vulnerable population in home by triaging, maintaining complex disease process, and also orchestrating plan of care with home health agencies/hospice, rehab, skilled nursing, and acute care.
