I have a patient-centered, individualized and holistic approach to health. I believe in meeting patients where they are at and partnering with them to help them achieve their health goals. I offer consultations where a combination of lifestyle, natural, eastern and western/traditional interventions will be offered and we can and work together to decide what combination of treatment to try. I will work alongside your primary care doctor as part of your medical team but I do not do primary care out of this office. I have additional training in Women's health, Obesity medicine, and Lyme and related chronic diseases however I see patients with any variety of concerns and of any age or gender identity.
