In 2016, she began her career in emergency medicine where she learned to effectively care for patients of all ages and treat various patient concerns. In addition to working in the ER, she also has experience in surgical oncology as well as weight loss medicine. However, after realizing her passion for building a lasting connection with patients, she chose to redirect her career to primary care where she can have a deep-rooted impact on a patient's health. She loves being an advocate for her patient's and working with them to reach their goals as well as live a healthy lifestyle. Sallie is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, and is actively involved in her church. When not working, Sallie enjoys being outdoors, training for her next triathlon, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Noah moved to the Raleigh area shortly before attending high school. He attended Averett University in Danville, Virginia, as a collegiate athlete. Noah played on the Averett Cougars’ baseball team for four years while earning his bachelor’s in psychology. 

Following his undergraduate studies, Noah pursued his passion for healthcare by attending Methodist University’s Physician Assistant Program in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He graduated with a master’s in Medical Science.

Mr. Reza Hatefi, PA-C, is a compassionate and experienced physician’s assistant who is fluent in Spanish and Farsi and has been serving patients in and around Raleigh, North Carolina, since 2000.
