Dr. Steven Caridi has practiced family medicine for 18 years and takes great pleasure in forming lasting relationships with his patients. Dr. Caridi also specializes in aesthetic services and offers his broad range of expertise to the community of Boca Raton, Florida.

An accomplished family practitioner and educator, Dr. Caridi was trained early in his career in cosmetic procedures. After graduating from St. George's University School of Medicine, Dr. Caridi completed his residency and chief residency through the Joan Sanford I. Stacy K. Williams, ARNP has been working in the medical field for over 25 years. She has also been working alongside Dr. Michelle Duhaney in Boca Raton, FL. While working in the medical field she realized that many agencies, facilities, institutions, and professional staff were providing care ineffectively, inefficiently and at times causing harm to patients and clients. Karina Croasdauile, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at MyDoc Women's Health Specialists. Karina provides all her patients with high-quality, compassionate care from two offices in Boca Raton and Boynton Beach, Florida.

Karina received her Master of Science Degree (MSN) in Nursing Practice-Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to receiving her MSN, Karina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in Nursing from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.

She is a member of the Florida Association of Nurse Women's Health, Obstetrical and Neonatal Nurse (AWOHNN).

Dr. Lipson is an alumnus of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) after graduating the University of Miami with a B.S. in Psychobiology and minor in Business Administration. 

Dr. Lipson is a Primary Care Physician who specializes in Preventative medicine. He is also a Lipid Specialist and Researcher. He was also honored as a Fellow of the American Society for Preventive Cardiology (FASPC).

He completed training as Chief Resident at the Family Practice Residency Program at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida. He received his Family Practice Board Certification from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Richard Blanchar, medical director at Bayview General Medicine & Aesthetics in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has experience in many different fields of medicine, including emergency care, general medicine, and aesthetics. He combines his fields of expertise to provide patients with professional, state-of-the-art, and friendly medical care.

Dr. Blanchar graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1978 from the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida with a bachelor of science in chemistry with high honors. He received his medical degree from the College of Medicine at the University of South Florida, Tampa in 1982 after participating in a three-year accelerated program. After graduation, he completed his first-year residency in internal medicine with an emphasis on emergency medical care.
