She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. Andrea grew up in Round Rock, TX. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Health. She then went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2017. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Andrea worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which motivated her to focus her sights on becoming a dermatology PA.
Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Andrea specialized in gastroenterology at UTMB in League City, TX. She has received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Dr. Tejas Desai, DO. She practices in the areas of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Andrea has a passion for providing a positive bed-side manner to formulate a diagnosis. Her goal is to actively collaborate with her patients to come up with an effective treatment plan that works for each individual patient.
