I am a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the Texas Board of Nursing, Licensed to Practice in Texas. I Graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2018 with a Master of Science in Nursing. I obtained my BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2013 few years after graduating from Wayne County Community College in Detroit Michigan in 2010 with my Associate degree in Nursing. I practiced most of my Nursing career as an Intensive care Unit Nurse in major hospital systems including Detroit Medical Center, Memorial Hermann Hospital and HCA Healthcare in addition to working in many other health care settings such as Long term care facilities, home health on a part time basis. I am very passionate about what I do and the people I serve and treat every patient with compassion while applying evidence-based practice to provide advanced, comprehensive and quality care to my patients. Dr. Eva Stephens is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing, which I completed in May of 2020. My nursing experience was largely in the emergency department with some medical-surgical experience. My experience as a nurse practitioner includes family care across the lifespan in a rural clinic setting. I also have experience in health risk assessments and chronic care management, as well as routine follow-up visits and urgent care visits. I am comfortable and proficient in managing chronic disease, as well as mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. I feel that many health conditions can be managed with a healthy lifestyle including dietary management and physical activity, and I feel strongly in educating my patients on how to properly manage their conditions in order to empower them. Suzanne Kabzinski is a Certified Physician Assistant who was born and raised in Florida and has spent the last 15 years in the Houston area. She graduated with a Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2013 from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.

Chris Sparkman MD is a reputable primary care physician at Sparkman Family Medicine in Shenandoah, Texas. He has a passion for providing family medicine to the Shenandoah community and meeting the needs of his patients.

Eva was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the Rio Grande Valley with her family at age 10. She graduated cum laude from St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2017. Eva received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List. After college, she spent her first postgraduate year working in the Emergency department and volunteering at rural clinics in Mexico and Peru. Eva then attained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. She is bilingual and motivated to help the Corpus Christi community in their skin needs.
