J. Abram McBride, MD, is a board-certified urologist and men’s health specialist with fellowship training in microsurgery, male reproductive medicine, and infertility. Originally from Northern California, Soquel graduated from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, California, where she received her undergraduate degree. Dominique Swain, PA-C, is an experienced, board-certified Physician Assistant at CSUA: Union in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She grew up in Michigan and completed her undergraduate education at Central Michigan University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She then went on to receive her Master of Health Sciences and Physician Assistant degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina.

Dominique began working in urology soon after graduation and thoroughly enjoys this field of medicine. Prior to joining CSUA: Union, she worked in a urology practice in the Greater Denver Area. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Urological Association, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the Rocky Mountain Urological Society.

Lawrence Scott Wilner, DO, is board certified in family medicine. He is proud to serve patients at Summit Primary Care in Denver, Colorado. 

Dr. Wilner loves medicine. Although he has been practicing medicine for more than 25 years, he still attacks each day with the interest and vigor of a freshly graduated physician. He loves his work and his interactions with his patients. 

He feels strongly that decision-making in medicine should be shared by the patient with the doctor and all choices should be adequately explained and reviewed. Dr. Wilner strives to make each visit a memorable experience and ensure each patient feels that all of their complaints have not only been heard but also addressed with a detailed plan agreed upon by all parties. 

Dr. Wilner graduated from medical school in 1991. He has actively practiced medicine since that time, spending most of it in the family practice area, but also has broad exposure to urgent care medicine, emergency medicine, and sports medicine. He has worked extensively with one of the professional teams in Denver and has been the team physician for Ponderosa High School since 1994. He was elected into the Ponderosa High School Hall of Fame recently for his volunteer service over the last quarter of a century.

Kara Bresson, PA-C, focuses on providing high-quality care that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient. David R Zimmermann, is Colorado Recovery Solutions Chief Operating Officer (COO). He leads the Operations Team at Colorado Recovery Solutions in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to assist patients improve their mental health, provide alternatives to treatment resistant conditions, and give patients a different and more holistic pathway to life-changing treatments.

David graduated from the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He also has two Associates Degrees in General Studies from Pikes Peak State College and in Applied Science for Allied Health / Practical Nursing from the Community College of the Air Force.  He is also a Veteran that served as an active-duty Air Force Medic in several different assignments. His specialties were Family Health as an Aerospace Medical Technician and Flight Medicine as a Flight and Operational Medical Technician. He worked closely in face-to-face patient care, clinical operations, headquarters medical management working groups and as a proficient first-responder out-in-the-field. He has also worked as an Emergency Medical Technician, Fire Fighter, Security and Parking Operations for different companies. His next goal is to get his Masters in Nursing with a specialty focus in Psychiatry.

His love for family, friends, nature, faith, science and his subjective life experiences have also inspired him to pursue a career in Advanced Clinical Psychiatry. Charles Ripp, MD, is a physician at Gorman Medical, PC, in Colorado Springs and Cripple Creek, Colorado. He is board-certified in anesthesiology, pain management, and family medicine and brings more than 40 years of experience to the practice.

Dr. Ripp earned his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his family practice residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and his anesthesiology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

Elise earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She worked as a chiropractor for over 20 years before returning to school for her nursing degree.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Millcreek, Utah. She received a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on Family Practice from Herzing University in Wisconsin.
