Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Brandon O’Connor, MD, is the medical director and attending physician at O’Connor Medical Urgent Care in Port Jervis, New York. Peter C. Wenger, MD, is an orthopedic and non-operative sports injury specialist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He is board certified in both family medicine and sports medicine. 

Dr. Wenger graduated magna cum laude from Loyola College with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He attended and earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Chike graduated from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his residency at Albert Einstein - Montefiore in Family Medicine. Ewa began her professional pursuits at Felician University in Rutherford, New Jersey, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016. At the end of her studies, Ewa was awarded an Academic Excellence in Nursing Award for graduating with the highest GPA in her graduating nursing class.

Following graduation, Ewa served the North Jersey community as a telemetry registered nurse at the Valley Hospital and as a Pre-Op/PACU registered nurse at various surgical centers in the area for over five years.
