Graduated with master’s degree. She has been blessed with opportunity in primary care and specialty allowing continued growth. Dr. Sarah Mack is a Colorado Native who completed medical school at Rocky Vista University. She received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at University of Northern Colorado and a masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She then completed residency with Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma learning to care for a rural population and help an underserved population manage their health. Dr. Mack enjoys caring for whole families and providing thorough care through education and discussion of options. Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her husband and family when she’s not practicing medicine. She enjoys being in the mountains as much as possible with hiking, camping, and off-roading with her husband. She enjoys cooking and baking for her loved ones and learning new techniques when she can.

Pradeep Raj Rai, MD, FASAM, is a board-certified medical doctor and a Fellow of the American Society of Medicine. He is the medical director at Magnolia Medical Group, with locations in Denver and Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and he is board-certified in addiction medicine to offer the highest-quality care to every patient he sees.

Dr. Rai received his bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, before going on to earn his medical degree. Bailie Cronin, DNP, MS, PMHNP-BC, APN, is the founder and CEO of Peak Interactive Wellness in Denver, Colorado. She is a doctorally prepared board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with prescriptive authority providing treatment for psychiatric ailments and disorders across the lifespan. 

​Bailie graduated from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (psychiatric nurse practitioner). Her special interests include children/adolescent mental health, perinatal mental health, those struggling with fertility, those going through life transitions, and young adult mental health. 

She provides Spravato treatments and holds a ketamine/psychedelic psychotherapy certificate from PRATI. Bailie is also certified in functional medicine from the Institute of Functional Medicine and incorporates functional medicine approaches into her treatment plans.

Bailie strongly believes that the best treatment combines medication, therapy, and lifestyle alterations. Dr. Elise Musolf is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic. She has more than 27 years of experience in healthcare and sees patients at Gorman Medical, PC, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

Elise earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She worked as a chiropractor for over 20 years before returning to school for her nursing degree. 

Elise attended The Institute of Healthcare Professions in West Palm Beach, FL, where she received her RN degree. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Millcreek, Utah. She received a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on Family Practice from Herzing University in Wisconsin. 

Today, Elise is practicing as a Nurse practitioner focusing on interventional pain management, offering personalized care for various acute and chronic health conditions. She can provide conservative non-surgical approaches to pain relief that include medication management, manipulation, dry needling, physiotherapy, trigger point treatment, and joint injections. She also offers comprehensive Primary Health care to early adolescents, teens, and adults.

 

 

 

Charles Ripp, MD, is a physician at Gorman Medical, PC, in Colorado Springs and Cripple Creek, Colorado. He is board-certified in anesthesiology, pain management, and family medicine and brings more than 40 years of experience to the practice.

Dr. Ripp earned his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his family practice residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and his anesthesiology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

Along with his residencies, Dr. Ripp has participated in additional pain management courses, including the Spinal Injection Society curriculum and the World Academy of Pain Medicine ultrasound curriculum.

At Gorman Medical, PC, Dr. Ripp specializes in interventional pain management. He offers a variety of in-office pain solutions and holds hospital privileges at Centura Health’s Penrose-St. Francis Health Services and UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs.
