Michael V. Tran, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and certified wound care specialist in Arlington and Dallas, Texas. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Tran serves the Dallas-Ft. Worth & Arlington, using a broad range of innovative foot and ankles treatments. From everyday foot and ankle ailment and trauma to diabetic and wound care. 

Dr. Tran first completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating he enrolled in Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine.  Upon graduation, Dr. Tran completed a three-year foot and ankle medicine and surgery residency in Pennsylvania and Ohio, where he treated thousands of complex foot and ankle disorders. He later sought advanced training in ankle arthroscopy, foot and ankle reconstruction, trauma, and complex deformity correction utilizing the Ilizarov External Fixation Method—used to treat a breadth of bone and soft tissue problems in patients.

With a strong interest in diabetic limb salvage, Charcot reconstruction, sports medicine, and flat foot correction, Dr. Tran ultimately continued his education and became a board-certified wound care specialist, giving him the skill and experience to treat his patients with the highest quality care possible.

Despite working on extremely complex cases, Dr. Tran treats every patient with the utmost care and respect. Whether they arrive at his office with an ingrown toenail or a complicated ankle deformity, Dr. Tran creates the perfect individualized treatment plan for any foot and ankle ailment.

Pannaben Nangha, MD, is an experienced, board-certified family medicine physician who offers high-quality services to people of all ages at Primary Care Doctors of Grand Prairie in Grand Prairie, Texas. Dr. Nangha is a dedicated and caring professional who is renowned for her excellent customer service and attentiveness. She takes time to explain things clearly to patients and enjoys celebrating their accomplishments.

Dr. Nangha earned her medical degree from Shri M. P. Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, a city in the Indian state of Gujarat. After moving to the United States, Dr. Nangha completed her residency in family medicine at St. John Medical Center and Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and has since specialized in family medicine, providing primary care services to children and families. She applies her in-depth, evidence-based medical knowledge and expert physical exam skills to find the cause of her patient's symptoms and provide the best possible treatment.

I am a board-certified Nurse practitioner with years of experience in family medicine that began as a registered nurse and nurse supervisor in a rehabilitation hospital. I hold a ADN from Calhoun Community College Tanner, AL and a BSN from Chamberlain University. I also graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. As a committed primary Care provider with great analytical skills, I provide patient centered care across the life span from initial patient assessment, patient wellness visits, pre and post cosmetic surgical clearance through annual physicals to Compensation and Pension (C & P) Veteran Affairs disability evaluation. I am committed and dedicated to the care of my patients by collaborating with patients to evaluate, perform diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans for chronic illnesses. I am accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Dr. Julio C. Olivieri practice Internal Medicine with special Interest in Geriatric medicine. He has had private practice in DFW are for past 20 years. He also does house calls for patients in need. He goes above and beyond in helping his patients to make their life healthy and happy.

Dr. Olivieri has been treating complex medical issues since over 30 years. His practice has included the treatment of most adult illnesses including Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart disease, etc. He also performed inpatient hospital care in several Mesquite facilities such as Mesquite community hospital and Dallas Regional Medical Center. Dr. Olivieri also provides services for multiple hospice agencies due to his interest in Palliative care. He bring his years of experience to MyFitMed to help patients live healthy life.

Dr. Olivieri completed his medical school training at the University of Puerto Rico Science Campus in 1992. He the completed a 3 year residency Program in Internal Medicine at Damas Hospital Ponce P.R. He is currently married with 3 children. His hobby is traveling abroad.

Dr. Rory Allen practices Family and Occupational medicine and serves as medical director at MyFitMed. He believes in healthy and happy living and focuses mostly on preventative medicine. He provides superior bare and exceptional services to all his patients.

Dr. Allen graduated from UNT Health Science Center in Ft. Worth Texas with DO. Prior to become DO, he completed BBA. During his college years he participated in a church mission to Japan. He loves to travel and enjoys the beauty of the outdoors as well as many outdoor activities with his family such as scuba diving and snow skiing. He focuses on fitness and overall enjoys living a happy healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work Dr. Allen spends most of his time with his wife Ashley, and 8 children. Four of which are currently attending college. He has 4 grandchildren and 3 more of the way.

Brandi Burnett is a board certified family nurse practitioner with 6 years of experience all spent in community health. Brandi is a Master’s level graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington. She worked as a nurse for 8 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She is a member of the American Associations of Nurse Practitioners and has a certificate in nurse education. Community health is her passion and where she feels she can make the biggest impact. Brandi is an East Texas native but resides in Dallas/Fort Worth area now with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, live music, beach vacations and fitness.

Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, or “Dr. O” as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She has over 13 years of medical experience.

Dr. Olabintan is a life-enthusiast, a Christian, wife, and mom who enjoys good cuisine and can’t get enough of the colors teal and orange.

Regina Nicholson, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology. At their offices in Mansfield, Regina has been a team member since 2021. 

Raised in Colleyville, Texas, Regina graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. Regina majored in biology and secondary education.

Regina later graduated with an associate’s degree in medical assisting from Butler County Community College in Butler, Pennsylvania, in 2016 and began her career in Dermatology. In 2018, Regina received a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She worked at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic treating patients, as a study coordinator for psoriasis studies, and preceptor for Physician Assistant students. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Regina is excited to join the Heights Dermatology team. She practices medical dermatology and performs skin cancer surgeries and other skin procedures. Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting, traveling, and reading science fiction in her free time.

Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. He enjoys practicing medicine at North Tex MedCare Clinic and Urgent Care, which has convenient locations in Allen, Addison, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and New York Medical College in New York City. After graduation, he completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

With a passion for urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Lee has extensive experience providing responsive care to patients. He has also treats patients for weight loss with todays current medication of Ozempic and Tirzepatide. He has been an advocate for telemedicine since it rose in popularity around 2008 and continues to integrate remote care into his work.

Dr. Lee’s well-rounded expertise also includes weight loss, primary care, urgent care. pediatrics, dermatology, and psychiatry, allowing him to provide primary care services for patients of all ages. He specializes in chronic disease management, cold and flu care, injury treatment, and other conditions that demand prompt attention.

She obtained her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before moving to Waxahachie, Texas she lived in Killeen, Texas to support her military spouse. She worked in the community as a house call nurse practitioner. She also provided primary care as a nurse practitioner in Mansfield, Texas.
