Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.

Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Limor Tabib, RDN completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at The Pennsylvania State University. As a native New Yorker, she then went on to complete her Dietetic Internship at Long Island University with a focus on Medical Nutrition Therapy. Her passion for health, well-being, and helping others to have a quality life is what inspired Limor to pursue becoming a Registered Dietitian as a career. Limor has experience working as an RDN in the settings of rehabilitation and long-term care, social media, culinary, and private practice counseling. Health and wellness have always been Christine’s passions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 2012. Christine later returned to school and received her Master of Science in Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, New Jersey, in 2015.
