Mrs. Monica Lovins, is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who has been in health care for the last 40 years, advancing her career as a registered nurse in the ICU, Educator in the ICU as well as teaching at Catholic University of America while attaining her master’s in science with a GPA of 3.89, from Felician University, Lodi, New Jersey. Priscilla Lobo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in critical care nursing. She began her nursing career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Her journey began in telemetry, where she built a strong foundation in patient care and cardiac monitoring. Seeking greater challenges, she transitioned to the intensive care unit, specializing in cardiology and neurology. During this time, she served as a charge nurse and preceptor, mentoring new nurses and leading her team in delivering high-quality patient care.

 

Her passion for advanced practice nursing led her to attain a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where she became a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and making a meaningful impact on her patients’ lives.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband, two children, and their dog.

Dr. Dan Bishwakarma is a board-certified family physician at Prime Medical Care, LLC, serving residents living in the Alexandria, Virginia area. He earned his M. B., B. S. (Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery) degree from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, New York, affiliated with Cornell University, in June 2008. He served as a chief resident in the last year of his residency. His residency training in the metropolitan environment of New York City and work experience soon after have given him the knowledge and skillset required to manage a wide variety of illnesses in a diverse patient population. Harleen Bath is a Physician Assistant, Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is currently licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and District of Columbia.  Harleen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Virginia and with a Master's of Science from Georgetown University.  She worked as Neurosciences Clinical Research Coordinator at Inova Fairfax Hospital where she was involved in numerous clinical trials investigating neurological conditions.  She returned to school to graduate with a Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University.  She joins Integrated Neurology Services after working as a Neurosurgical Physician Assistant at George Washington University Hospital and Medical Faculty Associates.    

Outside the practice, Harleen is a native of Northern Virginia and loves to travel and spend time with her husband, family, and friends. ​

David Schoenfish is a physician assistant Board Certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). David is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and he is currently licensed to practice by the Virginia Board ofMedicine and the Maryland Board of Physicians.

David graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD, during which he was also a member of the USF men’s cross country and track and field teams. He then received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha, NE. During his physician assistant education, David gained experience in assessing and treating various neurologic conditions including traumatic brain injuries, stroke, polytrauma, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, migraine, and multiple sclerosis in inpatient and outpatient settings while rotating with the UNMC Neurological Sciences department and at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Omaha, NE. He has previous clinical experience working as a patient care technician in the neurology unit at Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center in Sioux Falls, SD.

Outside of practicing medicine, David enjoys running, cycling, music, following the Minnesota Twins, and spending time with friends and family.
