Dr. Kimberlee Williams Park founded MediCalm-PA, LLC in 2019. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and completed her training at Crozer Keystone Family Medicine Residency Program in 1996. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician and has practiced primary care for the past 30 years in the Philadelphia region. Dr. Park created MediCalm-PA, LLC as a medical practice dedicated to helping patients benefit from the new and evolving treatments that became available with Pennsylvania's compassionate medical marijuana legislation signed into law by Gov. Tom Wolf on April 17, 2016 and is overjoyed that she is able to provide access and guidance for those individuals with qualifying chronic conditions not fully responding to conventional options. In addition to standard medical treatments, I offer science and evidence-based complementary applications such as mindfulness, plant medicine, acupressure, and meditation. These services are included in regular visits and offered as independent modalities.
Benjamin J Scopellite MS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. He received his bachelor's in Biology from Seton Hall University in 2019, and Subsequently his Masters's as a Physician Assistant from Seton Hall University in 2021.
Benjamin has always had a great interest in orthopedic surgery and since graduating as a PA in 2021 he has worked in orthopedics.
During his practice he has seen patients in the emergency and inpatient hospital setting as well as the outpatient clinic; in addition to acting as a surgical first assist in a wide variety of orthopedic procedures.
Benjamin joined Orthocenter in 2022. His primary responsibilities include assisting the surgeons in the operating room and seeing patients at both Riverview Medical Center and Bayshore Medical Center. Benjamin also sees patients in the outpatient office setting.
Alexander C. Scopellite MS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has been employed with the OrthoCenter since 2019. Alex received his Masters as a Physician Assistant from Seton Hall University 2019. He has always had a passion for the orthopaedic medical field which he discovered working at Bayshore Medical Center in the OR during his undergraduate and graduate education.
Alex currently functions as the managing PA-C for the practice. His primary responsibilities include assisting all the surgeons in the practice in the operating room, as well as seeing patients admitted to the hospital and in the emergency room at Riverview Medical Center and Bayshore Medical Center. Alex will perform bedside fracture and dislocation reductions, application of splints, application of wound vac systems, and intra-articular joint injections/aspirations.
Alex also occasionally sees patients in the outpatient office setting; evaluating new patients, managing patients in the post-operative period, and see patients for routine repeat injections.
Hazel Bluestein, MD has been a Family Medicine specialist for 37 years, with her experience including work as a hospitalist (with ICU and Nursery), FM office, teaching in FM residency, management, 10 years as Residency Director and 10 years in Urgent Care. For his postgraduate training in internal medicine, Dr. Patel went to West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park, Illinois, then St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, part of New York Medical College in Queens, New York City. After completing his training, Dr. Patel worked as a staff physician and an attending teaching physician. He was also an occupational physician for Continental Airlines at Newark International Airport in Newark, New Jersey, before launching his private practice in 2006.
Dr. Patel is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. He is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi as well as English. In his spare time, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his hobbies.

Jessica Carpenter, MD, is a skilled family medicine physician at Pronto Med Care in Toms River, New Jersey. She proudly welcomes new and returning patients.
Dr. Carpenter was born in Houston, Texas, before moving to her hometown of North Bergen, New Jersey. Her desire to pursue medicine stemmed from her years at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, where she organized and served on several medical missions to Ecuador and Nicaragua. During this service, she volunteered and interpreted Spanish for doctors from the United States.
Dr. Carpenter developed a genuine interest in family medicine during an elective at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She learned that family medicine allows her to build long-term relationships with patients. The versatility and diversity of family practice initially drew her interest, but her wonderful encounters with family physicians solidified her desire to pursue a career in this specialty.
As a family practitioner, Dr. Carpenter sees adults and children. She also loves incorporating women’s health into her practice. Dr. Carpenter is very excited to be a part of Pronto Med Care. She is an animal lover, and her interests include reading, running, traveling, and exploring nature.
Jessica Benjamin is a board certified Physician Assistant. Jessica completed her B.A. at Rutgers University, double majoring in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She went on to PA school and completed her Masters in Public Health at Lock Haven University. Prior to PA school she was an EMT for 6 years and volunteered her time at her local Fire/Ambulance company. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hanging out with her friends and family. She enjoys watching football and baseball and is a NY Giants and NY Yankees fan.
Jessica speaks English and Gujarati. She understands Hindi and Kutchi.
Tel-A-YaYa is a holistic, collaborative family medicine practice based in New Jersey, led by doctorate-prepared board-certified family nurse practitioner Susan Rufolo, DNP, APN, FNP-BC, CEN. The practice offers comprehensive telehealth/telemedicine services to patients of all ages.
In 2025 Susan will celebrate 20 years in the profession of nursing having received her associate in science in nursing in 2005 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Susan obtained her New Jersey Registered Nurse licensure in July 2005 and in August she began her nursing career working in the emergency crisis unit as well as the emergency department of a large metropolitan hospital. In 2007, Susan added a new career aspect by taking on the role of the lead team nurse working with mentally challenged patients. That same year, Susan expanded her nursing career and goals by entering Jacksonville University’s RN-BSN program then being offered a charge nurse position in the emergency department of another major hospital in the area. In December 2010, Susan graduated from Jacksonville University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and continued with her position as a charge nurse.
During her nursing career, Susan has obtained and maintained certifications for Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and IV Certification as well as her national certification in emergency nursing (CEN) which she earned in March 2016.
In 2016 as well, Susan returned to school as she was accepted into Bradley University’s BSN to DNP/FNP program from which she graduated with her terminal degree in December 2020 with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In February 2021 Susan passed her boards to become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. From there, Susan worked in hospitals and urgent cares in and around New Jersey as well as taught nursing students, who respectfully referred to her as Dr. R, in both the classroom and in clinical instruction in nursing homes. It was her grandchildren who lovingly nicknamed her Dr. YaYa; thus her practice name was born - Tel-A-YaYa!

She’s highly experienced, accessible, easygoing, and always there for her patients, making them feel understood and welcomed.
