Dr. McClain received his medical education from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California before pursuing a residency program at Keck Medicine of University of Southern California (USC) Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Thorpe-Gilpin began her medical career as an RN at Cornwall Regional Hospital. She worked tirelessly for the next 10+ years, gaining valuable experience in areas such as Pediatrics with disabilities, LTAC, ICU, NICU, MICU, CICU, CVICU, IMU, wound care & pressure ulcers, home health care, neurology, life support, and many other areas of acute and chronic care medicine.

She is certified in many areas, including NIH, BLS, Advanced CLS, Nursing Preceptor, and Critical Care. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021 and her doctorate degree in February 2024.

Joseph Goin, MD, is a highly regarded and recommended board-certified pediatrics/family practice physician that has over 42 years of experience in the medical field. After completing his undergraduate and doctoral studies, Dr. Goin finished his residency training at the University of Illinois and Michael Reese hospitals in Chicago. Andrea grew up in Round Rock, TX. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Health. She then went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2017. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Andrea worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which motivated her to focus her sights on becoming a dermatology PA.
